Yoga Mudra for the Month

Tse Mudra is useful for combating depression and enhancing mental focus.  Find a comfortable sitting position, and place your hands (palms up) on your thighs. Place the tip of your thumb onto the root of your baby finger, and inhale as you close your four fingers over the thumb.  As you slowly exhale, open your hands and imagine your troubles departing. Repeat this mudra at least seven times for effectiveness. It is my goal that I have helped someone today, as I practice what I teach.
